Miniatures Ink Art Workshop

Miniature ink art is a beautiful form of art making where tiny pieces of paper become the canvas for expressive, flowing designs. Using vibrant inks, artists allow colour to move and blend naturally across the surface, creating delicate patterns, abstract landscapes, and surprising effects. Working small encourages creativity, experimentation, and attention to detail, and the results are often charming little artworks that feel like jewels on paper.

In this workshop with Eileen McMahon, participants will explore the magic of ink by creating a series of miniature artworks. Eileen will demonstrate simple techniques to help the inks flow, blend, and form stunning designs. You’ll experiment with colour combinations, layering, and movement to produce several small pieces that can be used as cards, bookmarks, or tiny artworks to frame and display.
